More Than 100 of Uk’s ‘Most Successful Women’ Launch #Metoopay Campaign to Fight Gender Pay Gap

We are proud to support the #MeTooPay campaign tackling the gender pay gap; founded by Dame Moya Greene after hearing about the discrimination Stacey Macken had faced whilst working at a global bank. Stacey had received 25% less on her basic salary in comparison to her male peer and over her 3 years with business, the gap between their bonuses reached 85%. Sophie Eden and over 100 other senior women across the UK are contesting inequality in the workplace and offering advice for women to give them the confidence to challenge their senior leaders over their remuneration.
