Nadja Bellan-White is the Executive Partner for Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. Ogilvy & Mather is $1.5BN global communications company which is part of the $21BN WPP portfolio. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading the Brand Transformation for Unilever across Beauty and Personal Care focusing specifically on Dove and leading Global Engagements for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Nadja has also been a champion of diversity and inclusion in the advertising and media industry. While at Ogilvy, she helped develop Ogilvy/WPP Roots- which is an organisation dedicated to driving cultural diversity and inclusion across the UK and Europe. In 2017, Nadja was the recipient of AdColor’s Legend Award for her excellence in advertising, media and communications-, a recent 2019 recipient as one of Savoy Magazine’s top 100 Women in Corporate America.

Don’t be so hard on yourself and beat yourself up. Learn from your mistakes and move on

We are at a key inflection point. We cannot go back—but I think there is true power in what we do as leaders from this point forward.

5. Who or what is your biggest inspiration?

My strong Jamaican Mum of course!
