As the founder and CEO of Fern Equity Sally has built the company from the ground up. This has included creating and fostering partnerships in Europe, Kenya and Zimbabwe to successfully match investors and venture capitalists with budding organisations. She has also provided advisory board services to these businesses, strengthening the acquisition proposition and ensuring they were investment ready.
Most recently Sally also founded ACG Ventures which provides capital, and growth advisory, to startups and scaling businesses in the UK. They source capital from their selected network of professional investors and create a foundation, roadmap and execution plan for fast growth for the companies they partner with.

You will never work in investing if you don’t have straight A’s.
3. What would you tell your younger self?
Join a team rather than joining a gym and do further study in finance.
4. What excites you most about the future of your industry?
Impact investments are the norm with strong returns and tangible social advances. Non impact focused businesses will start to act more responsibly and consider their effect external to the boardroom.
5. Who or what is your biggest inspiration?
My family, past and future generations.
