Sophie is a strong advocate for diversity in the technology industry, is active in Women in Technology networks and mentors entrepreneurs regularly. Sophie lives in a leafy corner of her native North London, with her husband, two sons and daughter.

Stevie is a Researcher working on a range of digital and technology hires for start-up, scale up, and corporate clients.

Stevie graduated from the University of Cambridge with a first class degree in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences. She now lives in North London and enjoys working in the hub of London’s thriving tech scene.

Georgina is a Consultant who works with start-up, scale-up, and corporate clients in the digital and technology space.

Georgina graduated from University College London with a first-class degree in Spanish. Combining her love of modern languages with her lifelong interest in art, she then pursued a Master’s in Art History and Mandarin, in which she gained a Distinction.

Ingrid is a Consultant working with a diverse range of start-up, scale-up and corporate clients.

Of Eastern European and Middle Eastern descent, Ingrid was born in Bucharest before moving to England. She graduated with a first-class degree in European Legal Studies from the University of Kent and undertook an Erasmus year in Sweden. Ingrid now lives in North London and enjoys working in the hub of London’s thriving tech scene.

Scarlet is a Senior Researcher who works with a variety of start-up, scale-up and corporate clients to source and place executive hires within digital and tech.

She joined Gordon & Eden after graduating from the University of Leeds with a first-class degree in Spanish and Italian. During this time, she lived and studied in both Italy and Spain, indulging her passion for languages and culture. She has since moved back to London, where she grew up, and now lives in the vibrant hub of East London.

Kate is a Researcher at Gordon & Eden working to place executive talent within the digital and tech space.

Originally from the north of England, Kate studied French, German and linguistics at Newcastle University, before moving to east London to embark on a new challenge at the centre of London’s tech scene.

Olivia specialises in Interim appointments and works with a range of start-up, scale-up and corporate clients to source and place Interim talent.

Olivia joined Gordon and Eden after graduating from Durham University with a degree in Theology and Religion. Olivia has since moved back down to Essex, where she grew up, and enjoys the energetic buzz and dynamic atmosphere of working in East London.
