1. Best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Make sure you spend an equal proportion of your time on where you get your good energy from. There are always parts or things in your job or life that you simply have to do. It’s about ensuring you know what gives you good energy and spend time accordingly. For me…it’ the people in my life so I ensure I work with people I genuinely like to be around and of course I am lucky to have amazing family and friends.

2. Worst piece of advice you’ve been given?
I am a very honest and direct person and I was once told to ‘tone it down’. I think in today’s world teams want to work for genuine leaders who are real and authentic in their approach.

3. What would you tell your younger self?
To be kinder to myself and not put so much pressure on situations. It will all workout in the end.

4. What excites you most about the future of your industry?
The unknown…technology is evolving at such a rapid pace and I am so excited to see what comes next.

5. Who or what is your biggest inspiration?
My parents. They have built a successful business while remaining extremely humble and continue to have the most amazing work ethic, which continues to inspire to do better. Most importantly they have always been there for my sister and I and supported in everything we have done.
